you can literally scroll back through the topic and see that i was mentioned and started with by the person for absolutely NO reason out of nowhere, and its not the first time theyve done it. are you kidding me?????

Just because you have received 10% warn and someone else who you might feel has earned it aswell or more did not doesn't mean there was no action taken against them. There are different options for mods to handle violations, depending on the intensity of the violation.

If you feel your warning was unjustified you can however contact a Senior Moderator as Wrona stated.
