classic non expansion D2R has a bug where you cant see games

the meds have been very nice and let us advertise pvm chaos games in the trade section

why is it ok to advertise a pvm game and not a pvp game?

I see you still have some questions that the mods have addressed from your last thread.

Several mods have offered you their PMs for further clarification. I recommend following their advice and PMing them so they can directly help you. That is the BEST help you can get here, any other answers in regards to this topic outside the staff is speculative and not 100% accurate.

Chaos runs are a legitimate service that other users can offer / search for to help them level up.

They are in no way at all the same as PvP related content. It was explained to you that any PvP related content is not permitted in the trading grounds. And it was also explained to you that these topics (the chaos run topics) are permitted to be posted. Whether you agree with/understand it or not is a separate issue, but you don’t need to continue making topics in GH when this has been explained to you multiple times both in topic and via PM.
