So I just got my first ever friend request. Here is how it went:
1. Got a notification about it.
2. Clicked on the notification.
3. Got redirected to "friends approval" page.
4. Got asked my gold password
5. Entered my gold password
6. Got redirected to the same page again.
7. Thought I had typed my password wrong.
8. Typed in my password again.
9. Discovered I just had lost a 1000fg on buying 2 extra friend slots
10. Explained my case to support and found out I wont get a refund.

So what did I learned from this? Friends will always try to steal your fg.

I think you simply clicked the wrong spot. I am sorry, while mistakes happen its a learning experience many of us have had.

I highly recommend you do not save your gold password (allow auto input)

If 3 and 4 is true, that's a bug.

If not, you purchased a friend slot twice, instead of clicking approve. (Your fault)

it clearly states at the bottom that you purchase a new friend slot for entering your gold password.

To approve a friend request you have to do this:

This was your own fault here and purchased features are not refunded at any time.
