ACCOUNT RECOVERY GUIDEA common misconception is that account recovery is used when you have forgotten your password(s). This is NOT 100% true. Account recovery
should be used ONLY when you have exhausted all other resources! The following should always be used BEFORE attempting an account recovery:
• If you are logged in and have forgotten your password, use the following:
LOGGED IN PASSWORD RESET TOOL• If you are logged out and have forgotten your password, use the following:
LOGGED OUT PASSWORD RESET TOOL• If you have forgotten your gold password, use the following:
GOLD PASSWORD RECOVERY TOOL (This can only be used if logged in!)
Once you have tried resetting your password, have waited AT
LEAST 20 minutes, and have checked ALL folders in your email(Spam/Junk etc...) then you
can use the account recovery tool.

Try to be as accurate as possible, log into your paypal if possible and figure out total.
What is your PayPal name and email address?: John Smith, xxxx@hotmail.com This question is only visible if you answered yes to question #3.
If you have changed your paypal email, list all emails used with your paypal.
Please enter any additional purchase information: the paypal transaction ID's are XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXXThis question is only visible if you answered yes to question #3.
Please list all possible transactions you can find, again logging into paypal and looking up transaction history will help here.

•If you feel your computer/account may have been hacked, please mention that
