I bought a friend slot accidently while trying to add a friend.

can an admin help me with that?

unfortunately no, purchases like this are final and won't be reversed

I suggest not having your gold password autofilled and it will help avoid accidentally buying anything you don't want

how can that be the case, i dont even have alot of friend, its a clear mistake. what up with the customer service?

Unfortunately as Udsuna said purchases are final, when purchasing any feature on d2jsp you are accepting that -- you should always double-check what you're clicking.

Any forum gold purchases directly to the site are non refundable.

Everything is disclaimed when purchasing said features.

You guys really need to update the page to make this harder to hit. I just ran into the same thing. Way too easy to just accidentally lose $15 worth of fg and then have no support from mods/admins.
