I lost access to my main account a couple days ago and I was actively using it last week, I even made a successful trade. I don't know if I got banned (for no reason) or hacked (email/pass), but the automated support has straight up refused to help and sent me a generic email from an unmonitored mailbox. Is there a process or an actual person I can contact for help?

Oh boy I literally just saw that making a second account to ask about the first is not allowed in the link you posted. That's brutal, I had nowhere to turn and the system failed me. I will get rid of this account once I get my account back. Thanks for your help Showtek.

The process can take some time, please be patient; I doubt your request was a top priority over the weekend :)

Hi HydraTheFearful,

adding to what Showtek said and you already noticed. You don't need the new account you created.
Please follow the advice in the guide posted and use the contact feature if you have any questions.
Important for you is to provide as much information as you can to prove that you are the owner of the lost account. If you have bought FG at some point this might help.
Other then that be patient.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies but the advice isn't relevant because the automated message told me there is nothing they can do. I am trying to reach an actual person, every avenue I take leads me to the same "submit a request" and the requests fail. I'm at a loss.
