hey lovely jsp team

i got a problem. i use this forum since 2006 on my old account "banani".
after years afk and having new computer, i needed to login and it says me pw is wrong.
i did everthing jsp told you giving you all my data, names, email adresses everything and it says "to less information".

how can i get back on it? this acc is just made for use jsp atleast at ladder reset for trading, but want get back on my old account please..

like get my fgs to the old acc and can delete this acc again?

who can help me please? what do i have to do?

You need to use the contact feature on the bottom of the website.

More then one jsp account per person is not Allowed.


I suggest logging off here and using the contact feature

this will get me to the point i have to tell datas from me, where from etc, i already did. They say its to "less" information or smth?

already done that way, multiple times. after year i made new acc then, ofc i will logg off this if people can help me in jsp here, otherwise i dont really have a chance to open a topic like this.

just need a medi or someone helping me to get the account back, then logging on main ofc and delete this.

If you've already tried the Account Recovery tool, PM Kevin as he deals with account security.

not sure it helps, but if you lose an account, you are technically allowed to make a new one if you didnt lose it due to being banned. you still have one account, so its not a multi. just saying in case you dont manage to get your old one back
