namely, comment #2 by user Duss is saying: Suicide urself
i see hateful comments like that on several other pictures of different users and the reason for that is probably because nothing is done against them.
its mainly this Duss or 0x00 and some other people.. almost always the same persons insulting, being racist, toxic.. likely anything that is bad.

a moderator is the correct person to report these violations to?

i consider every single bully or bad words like that serious and i absolutely put no difference if its
written somewhere on the internet or said by someone in real life. bully is bully insult is insult, doesnt

i have seen horrible things happening to people who got bullied or havent received any help when they needed it.
