That's a very good question, the rules state no begging, but during the s/a process your asked if you have a thread/topic discussing the terms.

I would have to assume if you were to post something like this it would have to be in the Bar and Pub section, or maybe the general chat section, I'm really not sure though. I'll track this and hope someone gives you a definitive answer.

Loans are not supported and are at your own risk.

No mod will give you a definitive answer except what I said above.

I would use GC or BnP like stories mentioned.

There isn't an appropriate place to post offering or requesting loans. It's usually something done via PMs, but is unsupported by d2jsp, so it's at your own risk. Yes, a topic is asked in the S/A forums, but it's mainly just to cover all the bases in case there was one created somewhere to have all the evidence possible.

No they close threads made in BnP and suspend you.

There is no location, not sure why S/A ask for loan threads honestly.

Although there is no appropriate place to post these types of threads, some users still do make such threads, and therefore it is useful to ask for.

maybe re-working the template formulation in the S/A to include this info would somehow solve the dilemma for most of common user ?

Being a responsible community user is not asking for loans in general help or what so ever. It's kind of like life management skills you work for what you have.

There is just some things you do not do and that is one.
If you cannot support yourself for something you specifically are trying to get then just wait until you can man however if you have a "good friend" I'd imagine he would be able to assist if willing.

SA asks cause they follow a protocol.
They are told to open with X and follow up with Y, Z.

It wasn't the point to discuss the morality of the loan process even if your point of view is understandable. However loans are rather common in the real world for most of the people as long you don't inherit from being born from an healthy family.

e.g: studies, car, house, starting a business and so ... in most case you'll have to take a loan at the bank to speed up your plan !
