Hey mods, I regularly post in the sub forum martials arts boxing and wrestling, lately ( few months ) its been constantly trolled over n over again by the same few people. Whomever is modding it ( mina ) has done a terrible job of keeping it under control, even as far as allowing the term "nigger" to be used ( proof through pm with this mod )

I ask if you could handle the trolls, and maybe put a better mod in charge, thanks

You have to remember that the Sports Coliseum is not the only section Junior Moderators handle. They have a lot on their plate, on top of their personal lives. We do our best to get to every action accordingly, so the best thing you could do for us is just report the posts and we will deal with them as soon as we can.

I messaged said moderator, said moderator does nothing about it even after taking the time to respond to my message. Everyone has personal lives... do you even need to say that? Moderator just lets it fly, including racism, I messaged the other moderator, and boom, takes care of business, anyways close topic ty

Mina has never done anything about any of the 10+ major rule violations i have pm'd him, each time another mod dealt with it promptly.
The best way to get something closed is to send it to someone else, if mina is the only jm on i save my time and send it to a moderator or senior moderator.
Not attacking mina, just clarifying that in my experience you are better off not even bothering to pm him anything, this has been the experience for pretty much everyone i have talked to, i miss rick and camyrona etc those guys got stuff done.

I have pm'd mina violations in general chat, path of exile, political and religious discussion and general help when no m+ on and never once received anything beyond a "Why is this a rule violation?" when it was almost always a very obvious violation, once it was hard drug discussion, another time it was heavy racism etc.
In every single case another mod closed the thread or hid the posts within minutes of coming online and seeing the message.

Instead of posting complaints about a member of the staff in GH,
and potentially receiving a warn for flaming, there is a proper channel for issues like this:

Apologies, if i have broken a rule i accept whatever punishment is necessary.
I should not be posting after 8 hour shifts, was simply trying to relate my experiences with this user and when i realized this was not an appropriate place i was unable to edit.

How is pointing out that someone obviously does a bad Job even remotely Close to flaming?


/edit: If you want to Hand out warns, check the german subforum. apparently no one cares that two guys are constantly spamming and flaming the shit out of everyone, posting private Information from Facebook profiles and so on and so forth.
