So I had an account but there were 2 of us living together at that time with my brother(I was like 16) but there was an anti-multiple account rule at that time I believe it was around 2010-2011 timeframe..
I dont remember the email I used but I remember the name, is there a chance it can be recovered? Again neither me or my brother ever scammed anyone but for some reason you would get flagged regardless if you would try to login into another account with the same IP , I believe this is now gone..

That's the only way to recover an account you do not remember the password to and don't have access to the email.

again, from what I understand there was rampant..malicious activity going on during that era and the system would auto-flag people unfortunately

It appears that your account cannot be recovered. If it makes you feel better, you're not the only person in this situation, there are others sadly who are in your shoes.

I'd just be happy that you have an account in good standing.

The weird thing is I've never seen anyone ever explain why certain accounts can't be recovered. Never a reason given.

There are all manually reviewed so there was no auto flagging.
Just gotta put as much information in the recovery as some stated above and hope it was enough!
