I am not breaking any rules

for some reason thinks it's ok to close my topics for no reason

first time, he closed all my topics and said I need to not post more than 4 in top 50

after dealing with my suspension, I started posting my topics again AND I WAS VERY VERY CAREFUL TO NOT HAVE MORE THAN EVEN 3 IN THE TOP 50

And now he is closing my topics again. I checked EACH TIME I posted and I was 100% certain I did not break any rules, I did not have more than 3 in to the top 50

What can I do to block this power abuser? I have not broken a single rule, I was and am VERY careful to not break the topics in top 50 rule, I count every time, but still, he is on my dick for some reason, can someone please ban this guy or take the rights away from him that he is abusing?

When I post items again, I can prove each time by taking a screenshot if that is what is needed to prove this person is abusing powers and I am not breaking rules

Selling the volume of rings I am seeing in your recent topics, it might be better to have them consolidated into one post, so you don't have to keep bumping so many topics and possibly violating the top 50 rule.

If I want to post separate, I have free will to do so. As long as I break no rules, then there should be no problem. If there is a problem, someone needs to communicate with me what the additional rule is that I might be breaking (hint: I'm not breaking any rules so why is he abusing his power?)


Which one of those 3 senior mods should I PM that won't just poopoo it and actually ban this guy for abusing powers? shjould I send all 3 the same message?

I understand where you are coming from, but if you take a look at this : https://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=395&o=0 , it seems excessive and very probable you violated the top 50 rule multiple times.

Each time I posted a topic, I checked the top 50, and I had LESS THAN 3 each time, so there is NO WAY I violated that rule

saying "very probable" doesn't mean "did" it means you think it did, but I can tell you it didn't. I was very careful

You either break the rule, or you don't, and I did not break the rule!! Sure there are a lot of posts BUT THERE WERE NEVER MORE THAN 3 IN THE TOP 50

I will be trying one more time before escalating this, I will post my items, check for how many in top 50, and not violate having more than 4. I will be extra careful (like I was last time) and make sure I don't have more than 3, so I stay well within the limits.

That's correct, but "any time" includes bumping your posts and other people posting to them as well. Anything to cause more than 4 of your posts in the top 50 would be breaking that rule.

If you are waiting for your 4th post to fall off and immediately posting another one, that's a bad idea as well in my opinion.

If you have it set to show only 25 you're operating under incomplete data/information. That's likely where your issue stemmed from. That being said, you were posting a new thread every couple minutes over the course of a few hours. Just today, you posted 138 new topics. This is essentially drowning out other users and floods our search feature since it seems a lot of your items were similar.

I want to be very clear, this was not abuse. The moderator in this instance was operating well within our parameters. If you have any additional questions you can PM me as General Help is not going to be able to assist you beyond pointing you to a Senior Moderator in this instance.
