If you forget your gold password, you can click the "Request Gold Password Reset" button in your account settings. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on what to do.

Post #2 is accurate. If you don't want to click a link to do this just select your forum gold next to your mailbox. Then "edit security settings". Follow the prompts.

Best to write this info on a piece of paper that you hide inside of a fire proof safe, bolted down to the ground.
