when I buy a media slot for my jsp profile does it let me add another picture or is just for videos only?

you get 3 pictures by default... would purchasing 10 media slots allow me 13?

From what I've read they only seem to grant you additional youtube or mp3 tags to be added based on how many you've purchased.
