How do go about doing this? There is a gentleman who owns Dream Companions guild. On his profile, and guild page, it says it is for sale. However the owner has been MIA for 6 years.

Is there a way I can contact a moderator or admin and have this purchased, or done?

I'm going surmise this would be a no as the user is inactive and could have changed their mind about selling the guild during the absence

I second this. If the user hasn’t been online in 6 years, I wouldn’t really consider the guild obtainable at this point.

Understandable but with the users absence they may come back with a different mind set and want to continue to run the guild.

There’s nothing that can be done. The owner of the guild has to be active to sale their guild to you.

Only this is possible at Moment to buy one
