what is your issue with private messages?

I try to send a PM but nothing happens, I can't see anything.

Hello I have a few questions pertaining to your issue here.

1. Are you on Pc or Mobile?
2. What internet browser are you using / have you tried using another?
3. Have you tried to clear your broswers cache & cookies?
