If you're suffering from an alcohol addiction, I suggest professional help. That is not something a video game forum can help you with.

Start by talking to a close friend or family member and then talking to your primary care physician. If you don't have that, try going to an Alcoholic's Anonymous meeting, they're available worldwide afaik and see what they recommend doing (they'd probably recommend going to a detox facility).
Admitting you're an addict and that you have a problem is a big first step! I do know that for most alcoholics, stopping drinking cold turkey can be deadly and should be done under supervision of medical staff.
