No errors in the console, no errors on any other sites and the error persists in all browsers and all devices, mobile and desktop. Does the site have any known issues with linux and or android that anyone is aware of? Is there a way to file a bug report?
Could it be a filtering issue? Are there any domains or IP I need to whitelist that this form relies on for reply functionality?
Are you using chrome on all devices? If so, clear cache browser settings for the last week. also, try incognito mode. It’ll verify it isn’t an extension or plugin issue blocking it.
Edit: when you tried it on Firefox, did you input settings from another browser?
