Flood Control is when you visit profiles a lot of times in a short period of time. It'll go away after a few minutes usually.

Just slow down on viewing profiles. Generally happens when you keep refreshing a profile for one reason or another.

Just give it some time between refreshing or viewing a profile, and it shouldn't come up very often.
