When I post a new topic, there's an option to "Track My Post."

How many days will it track if I select this option?

Also, in the "Track Topic" button within the topic, there are multiple time options, such as 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, etc. Is there a similar option when I post a new topic?

Automatically it does 1 week I believe, but you can click the drop down to change it to another option when tracking from inside the topic instead of during the initial post.

Looks like if you track it from inside the initial posting, it will expire in 29 days.
