I recently made a purchase of some FG and shortly after it was put into my account I got a follow up message saying that they want me to verify the purchase by sending them a picture of my ID. I'm not comfortable with doing that and requested a refund. I was told they don't give refunds, but I can not find anywhere that this is stated on the site.
