This post is a violation of the site rules and appropriate action was taken.

I'm pretty sure there must be a legit way to inform the d2jsp community when a highly active member has a pattern of unethical behavior and trades.

https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=107695300&f=111&p=682113728

The pattern is clear.
1) He makes a very specific request
2) He avoids / downplays / jokes when asked directly about the price he is willing to pay for his request
3) The vendors take his status seriously (active streamer with millions of fg) and proceed to do the job as he requested
4) Only to find out that they will be "tipped" 1337fg - well below the market value for programming and Gfx work

As this is not technically a scam, this does not belong to Scammer Accusations. However, I consider it highly unethical and I want to warn other vendors to not be naive and expect the guy to not lie in their face or even on his own stream. I had opened a thread in "D2 Discussion" which was obviously not the right place, but I didn't know any better. It got closed by the mods and then moved (while being closed) to Scammer Accusations.

Then both sides moved on, however I decided to put some information in my profile signature as a reminder and for people to know to be aware of the practices. As the things stand, it was actually me who sent him 1337fg for the honor to be able to do free work for him and for the pure comedy that I had witnessed after that. Including - at the very next day when he was supposed to contact me and when I hadn't done the topic yet - to watch him say out loud on stream that he is a cheap person and he does no trades unless he feels like he is gaining some from the market value. A moment where I confronted him publicly that for example not paying for his logos is 100% profit in that case.

So I decided to put that in my signature - as I have seen many signatures on jsp warning us of unethical traders, accused scammers, people who take too long to trade etc. Moreover I have seen a lot of signatures with direct attacks, people flashing other people's ears, calling them lame, broke and what not.

But what happened afterwards is that a moderator called Moshisu contacted me several times about the signature, claiming it was harassment. I asked him numerous times which word he thought was harassing Roneye and told him that I was about to censor it, but he never did. Instead of presenting evidence, he proceeded to just delete my signature and warn me that further action could be taken against my account. Here is my evidence:

Then I changed my signature proactively, adding the links from above and also censoring the word "broke" and further censoring the last word, so it read "thanks for the laugh b*** b***". Only to find out that my signature has been the deleted.

So as it stands right now the state is:
1) I have no signature and I am being threatened with further action for something which is not clear. With the sarcastic "Thanks for your understanding"
2) Roneye has me blocked and obviously doesn't feel like paying anything, despite all that he said on his stream. He spent multiple hours while the "drama" was unfolding to present himself in front of the audience as the reasonable guy who is going to pay up after I "cool down", claiming that the fg I threw at him will be returned via mediator (I never asked for this, nor was this the point - that's just what HE SAID IT. I knew he wasn't gonna, it was beyond clear at that point).
3) He accused me of blackmailing him on d2jsp, which is a criminal offense. And deliberately accusing people of committing crime is a criminal offense in itself. Blackmailing requires threats and I have never threatened him with anything. I just told the story.
4) Roneye is actively spamming D2R Discussion with topics with misleading title to get views and I am obviously staying out of it, minding my own business.

So my questions are:
1) What is the correct way to inform the fellow d2jsp members of an unethical trader if the ethical code violation is not technically a scam?
2) Why am I being harassed for my signature if there is not a single hostile word to be seen there, while there exist some very hostile signatures by some very well-known members of the site? Is it forbidden to post fg logs with censored words? Is it forbidden to post hyperlinks to posts of another d2jsp user where he is clearly avoiding to agree to any kind of concrete price?
3) Is Roneye getting the special treatment and is d2jsp actively covering up what he is and has been doing, as I am obviously not the first one and not the last one to be on the receiving end of this?

For me this would have been over if the moderator didn't keep persisting. I don't care about the fg, I care about the time wasting and I all I want to do is warn other people to be careful with him to not waste their time and only proceed to working for him after a firm price has been negotiated. Why are others able to warn us about such traders and I am not?
