So years ago i made an account for my kids to use, which they did.. I monitored it while they had interest in ladder slasher.

we recently underwent some HELL of a hack, that fried my kids computer, and almost took out mine. that being said.. i remembered my account log in info.. but not my kids.. it was all saved on their pc. which was wiped.

how can i get anything back? i obviously know the account name.. i do remember one of the 2 passwords (just cant remember what it was for?).. but not the other.. the email associated i have NFC what it was.. haha..


could i please have an admin message me to follow up with this and see if i can recover my kids account?
