Hi General Help

I just bought a brand new PC and getting everything squared away. My jsp login does not seem to work, and I have tried the account email recovery prompt to no success. It doesn’t show in any of my email folders, which is strange. I have also checked firewall and cookies, and the cloud fare is showing success too.

I am still logged in on my phone, where I am posting right now.

My question is; if I do the password and account recovery process (the full one with the questions), will it log me out of my account here on my phone?

What type of phone do you have?

Have you tried looking in your saved passwords in your phone for jsp?

iPhone.

I pulled all my saved data from my previous computer, and I was logged into jsp just earlier today. I have had no problems logging into everything else (twitch, socials, etc) but it says one or both passwords are incorrect.

Yes. It does not show very many apps or sites. My google profile showed way more. Jsp is not on this list.

The main question though is if I do the full recovery where I provide personal info, if it will log me out. I don’t want to be logged out and would rather figure it out while here.

If you do not remember your passwords to properly log in, when you change them it should log you out so you can log in with the new credentials.
If you do not want to do that, you will have to figure out what your current passwords are to log in properly.

It has let me change my password on my phone. It does not let me log in on my computer. It still says they are wrong but I just changed them.

I don’t know if it’s some error with the new computer and jsp or what, so I don’t know what else I can do. The account recovery isn’t necessary, since I have my passwords lol. But it still doesn’t work.

Are you doing this manually, rather than automated fill in? It may be entering old or wrong passwords.

It’s manually typing, no autofill.

If you can get on your phone you should be able to log in to your pc. It is the same account and passwords. Did you change both your regular password and gold password? What browser are you using on your pc and are you getting an error message?
