I have my passwords for jsp written down in a fireproof safe locked tight and bolted to the ground  , but I recently was notified that my email domain is potentially disabled after 10+ years of service, I think they thought I was inactive or maybe my email was hacked, still doing the research as to what happened and why. I'm trying to see if the admin can allow me to keep mine, but no promises. Any suggestions on how I go about changing my E-Mail on jsp or has anyone had this experience before? Just looking to safeguard my account. Any suggestions/tips are welcome. I'll find out more info tomorrow hopefully, I'd really hate to have to change my email on literally everything from Netflix - Jsp :wallbash: .

Thank you all in advance

Try here : https://forums.d2jsp.org/settings.php?c=10

If you can’t access your current email, try changing it. (Not sure if it will require confirmation in old email) or try forgot email.

I’ve never had to use this feature, but hopefully it works for you.

This is exactly the type of information I needed. Thanks a lot, now I feel stupid for not actually finding it myself :wallbash: - I doubt it will ask for confirmation on the old E-Mail, I'd guess they check the ip of where I'm doing it and can tell it's me (Probably shouldn't speculate publicly for security purposes). Or maybe they do it on a case by case basis. Either way I will know more tomorrow if I have to go this route.

Just remake the email. If it was deleted, you can remake a new one with the same name and the recovery links will get sent to the new (old) email.

It wasn't deleted, it was disabled. I believe it was due to not logging in for 12 months. Apparently staying logged in is not the same as logging in. Either way I hopefully will have this issue resolved tomorrow in which case I'll post here so we can close the thread and avoid me having to swap emails  .

Thanks to everyone who helped out
