Hey guys, i was just wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions, long story short i forgot my passwords regular and gold and i know the email linked to it but i no longer am getting support emails to that account as it was a hotmail account, i submitted a few times in the past for the same account ( derek1082) and somehow they helped me but all of a sudden now there seems to be an issue these days.

I submitted countless tickets already all over again with exact things only precisely specific to my account like fg purchases/amounts/warns/ etc,, i even submitted with a screenshot of my email with the registered d2jsp account name and shows the email and the jsp account with multiple emails from this site like last time, there was no breaches to any of my stuff i just cant recieve emails to that account anymore from d2jsp for some reason which makes it challenging, i contacted the mod Kevin as i thought he managed this but is refusing to help me now when i went through him before so i was just wondering if theres any other steps or suggestions anyone might have to try, subbed so many tickets but no help unfortunatly or am i just screwed here,lol

Please use this tool to recover the account: https://forums.d2jsp.org/recovery.php?c=1 If approved the email on your account will be switched to the address provided in the "What is a current working email address where you can be reached?" field.

When using that page, an admin will review your recovery and approve or deny it. It is not automated. If it is denied, either provide more (accurate) information, or use the account you're on.
