Before I went to sleep i got to lvl 69 but when I woke up my char was dead but I never died with her anyone got an idea of what happened because right now I feel like just giving up the hardcore adventure

1: Did you alt+f4 and window did not close instant, while your characters still being in the field (Ana rea with monsters around)?
2: Do you share account with anyone else? Family/Kids/A friend?
3: Does anyone have access to the computer while you are not around?

Blizzard does not kill characters, I have never heard of someone dying while being offline.
Level 70 is an achivement, but it wont take "too long" to get back.

I closed the game thru escape I was in town no one else as physically access to my pc except me but I don’t see a hacker doing that if my pc was compromised

I did lose other char to dcing but every time it happened I’ve seen the death in the menu and every time I knew for sure I was dead.
But this time I woke up load up the game then I was in shock finding out that my char was dead

Yes, its sounds very weird.
I havent played too much hardcore, but as you mentioned, My deaths has always been my fault, and not had any random char dying wile offline.

I'm sorry im not to much help for your character, but I dont think blizzard can do much.
Just have to make sure to stay 100% safe in the future.
