I just clicked on „Forgot my PW“, but there‘s still no Mail.

Can I find help here?

Received a Mail with that link on the new Mail address, the old one doesn‘t work anymore.

Could it be, that you used another email back when you created your d2jsp account? I see your registration is from 2006. Perhaps you had another email 20 years ago.
