Is it ok to trade fg for steam or Nintendo eshop codes?

Can I trade my fg for Nintendo eshop points, I’m confused as to what the rules say it says nothing out of steam but that I can buy Nintendo eshop points on another part of d2jsp site

In the site under illegal trades it says no trades outside the allowed platforms and their respective rules, and under illegal platforms it includes Nintendo store. That means people aren’t allowed to trade fg for Nintendo eshop gift cards right? Where in the site does it say that steam gift cards are allowed? And if Nintendo eshop cards aren’t allowed to be traded for fg why is that the case? Or, is there a specific section in d2jsp where I can trade fg for Nintendo eshop gift cards, I’m not sure

Nintendo doesn't have a gifting system that can be tracked and monitored for scams. Steam does
