Check:
- same server
- same game mode (classic/lod, hc/sc, ladder/non ladder)
- correct rank (normal, nm, hell)
- flj activated and both are friends

There was a case I remember where it really helped that one of the two parties resetted their router at home… don’t know why this should work but the user wrote that this was the solution…
