How can i report guys , who insult me in pm?

you cannot, no one will do anything here, mods will adivise you to block the user and thats it
no repercusion AT ALL

I get a 15min ban becouse I insult him in FT topic

The block feature exists to completely prevent this.
None of us mods can see your private messages, thus we cannot moderate them.
This is a great solution to someone bothering you in PM as it completely prevents the issue. If they start posting in your topics or on the forums afterwards, you're welcome to report it and we will happily take care of it.
