I have a prebuilt with the bottom specs as show in pic. A couple months ago my PC stopped displaying anything on the screen but everything would still turn on even the GPU fans would still run, im looking to replace the GPU but i have no idea if that’ll fix the problem. Can anyone guide me towards the right direction to get my PC back up and running please? 🙏

If everything is starting up inside for the parts, i'd try using a new HDMI cable before anything else. That's the cheapest part to replace. If you have a spare monitor or TV, you could try plugging it into that as well to double check your monitor didn't die.

Otherwise, can you say what the PC is doing when you start it up? Any beeping and such?

Are there any red lights lit up on the motherboard?

Use another type of cable, to make sure it’s not a port issue.
Depending on the branding of the 1650, it could have hdmi/dvi port, hdmi/dvi/dport, or any combination thereof.

But before you do that, check to see if you can get into bios.
Ie restart—>tap delete/f11/etc.

No red lights on the motherboard everything seems to be running just no display for some reason, it isnt the HDMI or monitor either

at that point i'd recommend resetting your bios settings by taking out the CMOS battery.

Just unplug the PC, and take the battery out for 3 or 4 minutes.

Then plug everything back in and try to start it up again. If the display starts up after that, you could probably just keep running as it is, but i'd recommend buying a new battery soon so you don't have to worry about it again.

Edit: if that doesn't work, i'd recommend taking it to a repair shop to get it diagnosed at least.
