I cant see my rainbow orb colors Ive selected and I cannot preview them. Is there a reason for this I can fix

Did you by any chance disable the option "show user orbs" when you go to settings -> general? Meaning can you see other users orbs and just your user name is displayed in default style or does it show the default style for everyone?
