I've refreshing many times an user profiles because he was AFK during a trade, and now when I open a user profile, the site give me this message: "You have hit a profile view flood control" and cannot see the profiles.

How I can do for return back to normal? Just wait or I must do something?

Just wait for about 15 minutes before visiting another user's profile again.
If you need to send a PM or fg in the meantime, use the icons next to the user's post count or their fg balance on a post or in a pm.
