i have a friend who just made a jsp account a couple days ago, was logged in, but then got logged out and it turns out they never saved their gold password somehow. he claims that when he tries account recovery hes not getting an email. im guessing i tell him to just stay on the lookout for the email and try requesting it again every couple hrs or something, anyone got any better advice?
