Every so often I would get stuck at the launch screen (i.e. below) -- has anyone else encounter similar issue?

so the only thing i can think of is if you have the graphics too high and the game is "lagging" during the start up process, or memory problem?

i would suggest comparing the reqs of the game and your current setup and see if that is a issue or not. if that isnt a issue i suggest reinstalling the game, maybe got a faulty download on it.

Appreciate the reply. I actually set the graphics low so I am able to run 2 copies simultaneously without an issue, so I don't think memory is an issue.

Reinstalling is last resort, although I'm hoping it doesn't have to go there.

Have never had this on pc, but happens on my rog ally a lot.

Do you get the sounds?

Do you have the same issue full screen (non-windowed)?

I’m racking my brain to remember what I did to fix, and don’t have my ally on me.
It didn’t fix it 100% but stopped it from being every second time I logged in.

Soon as I get home will check my system.

Probably won’t help unless you have an amd card, I had to turn on fsr2 which fixed it 90% of the time

In any case, I haven't find the true solution but noticed that if I wait long enough, I'm eventually able to log in. I think this happened after the recent update.
