it has a human verification where I have to match the number with dices, but im doing it correctly and it says "value is invalid" "only humans are allowed to create bnet accounts"

what the hell is this....

Try in incognito mode. You also may need to wait a few hours. Was making additional accounts once and I could only make 1-2 a day.
