Sinwizard my friend used the recovery tool and the automated response told him the info wasn't good enough to prove it was him. Does he need to show his ID or sumtin to a moderator ? I thought a mod takes care of those. Seemed like he just automatically got ignored

The only thing he can do is fill it out again and provide more information.

I'm just going to throw this out there...

If anyone can't recover their d2jsp account because the email they registered their account with no longer exists and it was not a Gmail account (Google never removes previously used email usernames from their database). Remake the same email and then try password recovery again.

It says the original email name he had is unavailable for sign up
