Partner is trying to create a forum acc of their own, but every time they click on "register acc" it just has the message "email has been sent to (this accs email) for verification"

Tried incognito, restarting and clearing all cookies/history

Any help will be appreciated

You need to open your email and click on the confirmation link sent by automatic system
