I got told to use the recovery account link
( which didn’t work )

I am logged in here but I lost my email and my passwords.

Is it possible to message a mod about that?
If so, who to message.
I can verify it’s me via passport and paypal

The only way to recover your account/change passwords/email is via the recovery tool, this is not an automatic system. Each is manually checked by admin.
