wanted to get back into d2 a bit to pass some spare time so i did a small purchase, its been almost 24 hours. does it ALWAYS take 24 hours, or can it be quicker other times? my payment went through ages ago...

During the - request of payment - process for an upgrade, the "Status" on the far left will update to indicate what stage the upgrade is in:

Available - The requested star upgrade is available and has not been taken yet.
Taken, Payment Pending - The request has been taken, and has 30 minutes to be paid for, or canceled. If canceled, the request will be placed back in the "Availabe" status.
Pending Echeck - The payment process has been initiated.
Paid, Pending - The requested star upgrade has been paid for, and the payment is processing. Please allow approximately 1 day for this to be completed.
Complete - The star upgrade process is complete.
