I'm Sorry I Don't know where in the forum to post that Message. So I'll post it here by default. My Accusation here is not a simple "Scam Accusation" but rather an Accusation of "Abuse". Abuse from one of your D2jsp Staff members.. I won't Say his name right here. But know that that member has been using his Power Abusively against me all recently. Banning me and Warning me two times Already in the Last three months. For obscure reason or things that are not even in the D2Jsp ToU ! Each time that that Trade Moderator Banned me, he not only Suspended me, he Also gave me his worst : Banning me for 1 month/30 Days each Times (when the Average for Someone who starts from 0% Warn is About 3 or 4 Days of Suspension) and he also gave me a Warn percentage each Time(s) and ALSO deleted all the Topics that I had (Trade Topics and non-Trade Topics indiscriminately) At the Time of the Banning. For reasons that are not even in the ToU. -> He suspects me of having All Fake Topics. which I can Prove that At least for half of them that they are not fake, but oh well. That Trade Moderator didn't even bother verifying them (All my topics) one by one Before taking Actions (and "strong" Actions at that) against my Account. How would you call that? This is utter Abuse. Abuse of Authority or Power taken against Someone that we don't like -> Lunamaria. I suspect the one Being Responsible of my recent Bans being either a Trade Moderator from Europe Tradings or one of the Junior Moderators that are In charge of the Entertainment section. (Not Something higher) All I Got regarding that matter are D2Jsp notices, that Guy is hiding his name Carefully. I'd like to start a file now and start "clearing" my name. And I'd like To do Appeal to that 10% Warn that has been Issued to me, recently, precisely the 16th March 2025. (I just got unbanned Today) Cause I'm still thinking that this sentence is unfair and that I am Innocent!

I've moved this to General help which is far more useful of a place, however, the best course of action is to message anyone that is a "Senior Moderator" if you have issues with site staff, warnings, or suspensions. I am an example of one of those senior moderators, so I'll just answer you here and you're welcome to PM me if you have further reasonable questions.

I've reviewed your past and present warning(s); all are extremely thorough with dozens upon dozens of examples. Not only that, but you continue to partake in the same behavior as previous warn(s).
That tells me not only are you still ignoring the rules, but you're not even learning from the warnings and suspensions you are getting.
You've also received well over a dozen messages from different moderators explaining what you're doing wrong, with examples, prior to your warnings.
If you continue to blatantly disregard the rules, consequences can (and likely will) continue to escalate in severity.
My advice to you is simple; stop breaking the rules.
