Hi there. I've created this account temporarily until i can get help getting into my main account. I forgot the password and requested help through the usual promts just to be denied. Please help me save my original account since i plan to start playing diablo 2 Resurrected from now on.

Yes if that’s really your account they will grant you access if you have the needed documents.

I forgot my pw but I did the recovery process and got back, 09 baby but gl and hope you get your old account back

This is not something that we do, instead the beforementioned guide as linked by Chetty explains how the account and password recovery works. When filling out the recovery form, please ensure that you provide as much information as you can that only you as the actual account owner can know. If you have for example purchased fg at some point, then be sure to provide that information as well, as that can be helpful in verifying whether your personal information matches to the data that's attached to your account, and it's one example for information that only you as the actual account owner can know.
