my password for my OG account is now wrong for some reason... ive submitted a request to get this account recovered and all i keep getting is denied due to lack of information? ive literally detailed and dissected everything on that account from the recent purchases/gold logs, to town i live and made the account in, the email account i feel its tied to etc... there's nothing else i could possibly provide. are the mods just insta-denying? or is someone actually taking the time to review and help? this is insane, even the email is automated and i cant email in reply to an actual person. i had a lot of FG on my account, im a little annoyed to say the least.
