Why you keep closing my paid topic because other people keep spamming it!

Responding to spam is considered spam as well and will be closed as such. Report the post(s) and move on.
Paid topics are not exempt from being closed.

But I report when he keep post why you close Them then really not a reason and fair for the topic maker man -.-

He pay us all for some free bumps. I heard is not legit but he sending fgs for that.

Replying to spam with additional spam is not the way to resolve the issue and will result in the topic being closed for spam.

Report the posts in the thread and move on.
