Any other of my Chrome tabs (ie. from trading grounds, other games, etc.) refresh automatically upon clicking, while IM and LS page require to hit F5 and click 'Next' in a confirmation window (see s/s below)

It's been like that for a while now and I wonder if it's going to stay that way or perhaps it's something wrong about my browser settings...

I get this on my phone with jsp sometimes but then after confirming yes f5ing 10 different times it goes away and seems to be programmed to understand the notification is no longer necessary. There is a setting for this no doubt but only advice I can think of is try f5ing page and clicking next or accept many times in a short period to see if it goes away. Good luck, hopefully someone more tech savy shows uo.
