How to / is there a way to have a public post where you can listed "Level Jobs Completed this season" type thing?

I remember there being a User Blog section once upon a time, but I don't see it anymore. And you could basically use this for "level jobs completed" or whatever post you needed that didn't appropriately fit anywhere else on the forums.

And now, I see a couple guys who have Guilds which they're the only member of, seeming just so they can have a place for this in the "Guild Topics" section.

Is the Guild topic the only place to do stuff like this now? Or is there still a place that this can be posted and regularly Edited/Updated in order to avoid cost of buying a whole Guild + Guild topic?

Thanks bro. I may consider doing it like this, however, I would prefer a separate section which has a slightly more comprehensive list - that, I feel, would clog up / not fit in the actual Level Service post itself. :/

Anyone know of a place other than Guild Topics that we can do this?

Also.. Do the first posts in Guild Topics have unlimited edit time?
