there was a website or link in that it was tested if im a Human. and after it goes back to the normal d2jsp website. with all my cashings with fg

is this new or normal ?

People say it's normal but I've never once had to do one of those on jsp ever, PC or mobile.

But it's apparently just a cloudflare verification check. No idea what triggers it.

Can have various reasons, if you login from an unknown ip compared to the regular you normally use, it also checks specific locations more then others etc..
cloudflare is used to prevent ddos attacks as an example.
