I owe someone FG. They are waiting for their FG. I can not send it to them because your site tells me my gold password is wrong. When I try to request a password reset your site tells me I've been sent one already and to keep waiting for it.
I dont have time to keep waiting for an email and this person is waiting for their FG so can you just reset my gold password already please?
Dunno why your system is so convoluted, telling me the following:
"Your email request has already been sent. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If you still have not received an email in a few hours, you can try an Account Recovery."
Just let users request another password reset. Why are you forcing email cooldowns on us?
When I try an account recovery I get this error message:
"You already have a pending email request sent to this email. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
If you still have not received an email in a few hours, retry your account recovery with a different contact email address."
So I can't do a password reset and can't do an account recovery? What the hell can I do then? Sit here and moan and complain?
I just want to give this person the FG I owe them and be done with this site.
