I was trying to get into my old account, multiple times but was denied each time I attempted to recover the account. I was using the same email address that I created the account with and included information that should have confirmed my identity.

Is there something that can be done so that I don't lose an account I have spent over 17 years using?

I would greatly appreciate if someone would reach out to me.

Oh, nice. So since I was unable to recover my account, and created a new one, I violated the terms of service, which will ultimately get me banned. This is a joke, right?

I included personal information as well as messages and posts that no one else would have access to, yet my requests were still denied.

This site was a staple for me enjoying Diablo II. Yet here I am, watching yet another hobby be destroyed because I simply am unable to access an old account.

I remember forgetting my info after a siesta and I believe I didn’t even have access to my original email but would I could do is provide verifiable info, such as fg purchase and warnings.

It did take a bit, but it got done.

User phaleg is having issues with Account recovery as well.

Password reset function is not working.

Maybe site wide issue. idk

That's the difference between you and me. You see, I never paid for forum gold. I've earned all the fg I had in my account. I've accepted the fact that I take breaks from Diablo 2 and d2jsp and people hack my account to steal my fg, with no hopes of ever getting it back. Yet here you are, chastising me for being upset because I can't even access that empty account anymore. Honestly, your negative comments are unnecessary, and I think it would be best if you stopped commenting on my posts from here on out.

Cool, but unfortunately the only way to access larger mailbox and edit times is to by 10$ of fg.

If you don’t wish to interact with me, and feel my post was even remotely “chastising” or “negative” that’s on you, but don’t quote me, name me and then say “don’t comment on my posts“.
You make zero rules here, and nothing I posted was “harrassing” you literally said “well guess I’ll stop playing game X then”

Dont post in general help then cry when a person tells you to be patient, wait and gives you suggestions on things you can do to help identify yourself because you think your special and should get a different rule set.

Again, be patient and give them as much info as you can.
